Er Daffodils are straining at the leash and some are already up about 3.1/2 inches.  I don't know if they will withstand any hard weather or frosts.  we very rarely get any snow and if we do it is mainly gone by lunchtime.  Sometimes I've known shirtsleeve days in January.  On the 19th Feb 2019 we were having a bit of a friends informal clay shoot  and it was so hot the lads were there in shooting in T shirts and vests.  Roll on global warming.  I'll have to slip out and chuck a few car tyres on the fire. ?
