They are really poisonous aren't they.? They can give a bad sting and can even kill.!! If you don't know what they are don't touch them. It looks as if any long stingy tentacles have fallen off and their dead. I have seen Portuguese man of war many times. But never seen these before and I've been sea fishing for 50 years and more and worked on fishing boats. Strange things.
