Ken's Deputy 4,456
Here we go! The Times has now quoted a source as saying he is a " British Citizen ". Is Autistic. And was spouting " Islamist and ‘extreme right-wing’ views. " Next, they'll be telling us he was seen leaving a mosque, chanting " Ohhhh Tommy, Tommy!!! " For fukks fukking sake!
SINDASOX 255
News report says he shot him 5 times, then shot his self whilst in handcuffs behind his back. Don't add up to me. SINDASOX
Ken's Deputy 4,456
Sindasox; Reportedly had a revolver. That ties in. Who said he was cuffed behind? Be some pretty sweet, James Bond stuff to do all that from behind his back. Gun in his front waistband though? Relatively fukking easy. Put your hands together and try. Small revolver in his underwear which wouldn't be found during a standard search, he apparently shot himself in the neck which would suggest his hands were in front , so maybe he has, if nimble enough managed to slip his cuffed hands under his feet and pulled the gun out. There have been several differant accounts so far , he was in a cell, he was sat in the custody suite, CCTV will show what really happened.
Ken's Deputy 4,456
Archie; Yep. All extremely plausible. .22, even a .38 revolver can be ridiculously small and light. And, yes, the old 'Legs through the loop' trick? Left in a cell? Absolutely. I'd just like to clear up - purely for the sake of mental exercise; I'm guessing the British Police now use these cuffs that have the interlaced joint? (I'm guessing the reader will know what I'm getting at) As opposed to the old chain joined ones. If so / either way; Is it now standard procedure to cuff the suspect behind? If so, is it then standard procedure to leave said that way? I'm trying to imagine the process between being brought in the back door and opening fire.

I just think they have took them off when down the station and processing him....
Nicepix 5,650
There are several ways of putting on handcuffs. For low risk prisoners they may be handcuffed at the front, but where there is any risk they should be placed to the rear either with hands back to back or the hands stacked one on top of the other. Putting them on an unwilling person properly isn't as easy as it might seem and they can cause a great deal of pain and even broken bones if too much force is applied by either party. Also, if the prisoner isn't compliant it might not be possible to adjust the bracelets to make sure they aren't too tight around the wrists.

You c**ts make sure they are all tight even if not resisting arrest.
