Mystery object

Just wondering if anyone recognises this object. I found it next to a hedge in a field by a busy road . It could just have blown off the back of a lorry , but the suspicious side of me thinks if could have been left by poachers who use this for deer carcass removal . Anyway I’m keeping it to put shot foxes in now , to stop the claret sloshing around the back of the mule .

Whoever owned it obviously did t clean it so if there is no blood or hair in there I would think it’s nothing to do with deer poachers.
