In the back add's in cage bird and aviary there's a list of club meets etc and i know there's a few bird clubs down your way and even though the shows etc won't be happening folk will still have birds they have bred this year and will have youngsters for sale..Or there may well be birds for sale in the adds that are down your way..

It's true local club meetings near me are still on. Be a couple of carpark deals going on too.

I'm seeing him tomorrow what's yours name Al tell him a was having a chat. You'll know that he doesn't sell his stock then and holds on to most for shows like me but with covid won't be any big meets so willing to let a few go but not for small change

I can guarantee you you he will let you pick from his adults to this years young for the same price.Dont get me wrong I don’t mind anyone making a coin but charging a £10 a bird more than you paid mate is a bit much.Ya know who I am but on a different forum and I know Barny has some of the best birds from the top lines and judges them, but he still likes people getting into the hobby and shows against him and always said,if they win him it just makes him up his game to breed better even though they have picked and bought his show winners?

We on about the same chap it's hard getting a first season bird off him wants to hold on to them which when your showing your going to untill they moult out. A don't think 25 quid is a lot for the right birds. I've paid a lot more than that for birds some costing a bag of sand

I know the feeling but I don’t know anybody who would sell birds before they moult out anyway to see what’s quality or not cos I know I wouldn’t
