Lol We stay on the North Coast of Cornwall loads and day trip it a lot as well... Harlyn is a cracking beach, we stayed in a holiday cottage right on the beach a few years back.... we do go out of season a lot, as it is busy... but you have a load around you there, short throw from Padstow for nice food, fish Market, pubs etc .. Newquay is a bit of a dive now, but always something going on... we go to Watergate Bay alot, massive beach, surf school, good food in hotel and beach cafe... the coast paths around there are great for an early morning walk.... 3 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

We never really used the on site facilities much as we were always out and about. It’s good for the kids as there’s a park area and it’s a walk down a track to the beach. Plenty of walks straight from the site and plenty of fishing locally. Padstow is a five minute drive away if you fancy it but it’s very busy most of the time. How are the beaches for access? Just after a nice chilled holiday with a nice beach, decent places for grub & drink and a nice bit of sight seeing.
