9 hour round trip, collected my dog pup today. The fella is a gentleman, pot of tea and sandwiches waiting! Spent a good 2 hours talking! Cheers mate!

Dddc is right. A genuine man. Pups were finished well and well socialised. Offered us a pot of tea aswell. ? REBEL:

The wheaton cross isn't a new thing they've been about a long time.  Litter I had 25 years ago and they were about long before that.

They’ll be 10 months towards  the end of this month . Mine will not see a think until he’s 17/18 months old. Next October all going well.

I think the lad who owns the sire showed he's a couple things and went very well. Way to young to be tried in my eyes but some people can't be told hopefully he leaves her till next season she's a fine bitch

Heard that from the fella that bred them, mine has seen nothing yet but plenty of time, he still a big daft pup

Each to their own. He won’t get any work until 17/18 months, time enough then. Every dog is different . I’m in no rush with him whatsoever ?atb sionnach

I would be trying them till past Xmas unless it's a rabbit. Only going to end up with a dog looking for throat holds or not wanting it at all let pups be pups in my eyes after the 20 month mark atleast anyway. There a nice litter shame to break them after putting all that time into them and as I said don't no anything about the dam bit the sire has a lot of foxes under he's belt. Tbh if someone was getting a pup off me and told me they where gonna try it at 12 months they be told leave my yard and they wouldn't be leaving with a pup in there arms either

After 20 month mark ? I don’t do teeth much now but even if I was pup be watching every time out  6 month I’d let it have littles bits with older dog remember you want the keen dogs 2 year a long time to wait to see it’s no good

if I was buying a dog off you and you said wait until 20 month I’d laugh why would I keep a dog off the fields when it can be out from 10 week if by 10 month it hasnt got something up itself and had a good go After watching what it’s about I wouldn’t be waiting until 20 month or more to see

the good ones do it there self mate well before 20 month that go’s for rabbit fox deer and hare ??
