No need to get defensive feller wasnt judging. Ive found alot of bull greyhound here are kept too heavy and trimmed down they have enough speed but do fade if goes on abit. Bull and greyhounds top of the tree when we talk canine athletes

You’re right, I apologize.  
 

My bull grey is a decent all around athlete with good feet.  (He ran a full marathon next to me on leash), he just doesn’t quite have the top end I need for the job I’m after.

I haven’t seen a Staghound yet that didn’t disappoint me with their speed compared to a greyhound.  The Stags I’ve seen aren’t much faster than my bull-grey, and he’s not fast enough.  

We mainly use English bull terrier/greyhounds in Oz for all pigs,they just call them bullygreys.Most here have found the pit crosses are too game and reckless.The bullygreys are from many generations of pigdogs so really know their job.They would mainly use straight Oz staghounds or stag/greys for deer if it was legal .

I know nothing about pig hunting so can't comment on that.

From what I have read the stag hounds/coyote hounds have bull in the breeding. As Blackneck and Riley said I'd be looking at the staghounds. A greyhound bitch and if she works try to cross her with a proven stag hound. IMO for day hunting like that you need a dog with brains to cut off stuff rather than just running after it. Best dogs I'v seen for that have had collie or dh in them. 

I've spent time in MD and PA the only foxes I saw were the small grey ones. I never saw any red fox. Are they plentiful where you are?

It would be some craic pushing covers there. Always wanted to do it. What dogs do you use to push the deer and fox?

If you want speed and size to conect asap then a Stag greyhound cross should meet the need. If want to maintain a bit more stamina, good feet etc then a stag cross Galgo might fit the bill.
