It was that mate, i was 48 hours with no power and had some folk in my cottage on the moors who were snowed in for 4 days with no power....

Cheers pal, never thought to ask you !....next time I will !....i was up above Reeth and had to walk to them to take a camping stove !!....it was brutal, couldn’t stand up in the wind, never been in weather like it....they spent 4 days fully clothed in bed :laugh:........reckoned it was the best place they had ever stayed at !

Gather all them pine needles up mate our lass paid £6 a bunch to make Xmas wreaths,  and now its £16 a bunch because of a shortage or something,  iv been n got her a load today from woods

Cheers mate, It's a lot of hard work, think some people get a shock when the reality hits that there's a massive difference between sitting in a warm comfortable house watching YouTubers working in the woods, and actually going out to do it themselves, it's popular though people buying woods, and they're selling pretty quickly

Not enough hours in the day lol 

Frame work made from existing tree trunks cut down to required height and some birch rafters, this will be covered with a tarp and lighter spruce branches etc to double up as a log store, and wildlife watching hide
