Made some soft bread rolls to go with my Lamb Stew.

Sunday morning don’t no who or how many may pop in to be fed so just chucked a large pan of chicken ,king prawns and chorizo in with some chopped Challottes , red pepper, garlic and a handful of peas and carrots bit of Cajun seasoning and some egg noodles, quick easy and delicious ✌️✌️

My misses made bread rolls last weekend such a difference from that shop bought shit that just seems to fall to bits when you make a burger with them 👍👍

I boned out and trimmed a shoulder mate. then brown in a frying pan.

I had elk for dinner twice last week.the softest meat I've ever eaten.not sure which cut.loin or fillet but f***ing lovely.

Mackerel in burnt garlic butter sauce with roasted vine tomatoes..

Do this the other day .... rolled pork brushed with a sage garlic and thyme oil ... layered with pancetta wilted spinach and Parmesan cheese .... rolled tied and cooked on the spit ......
