Was okay could've done with another hour but kids starving as usual, had a full English at midday. And were fended off with trifle shortly after. Anyways they're going down well....

Are those elk ribs mate? They look just like pork. I've heard that elk is considered one of the best venison species in the US because of it's lack of gamey-ness.

pork ribs mate

elk meat is amazing.so is moose also. nowhere near as strong as deer meat at all

i completely ruined that elk meat on the smoker.wont go doing that again
