Did you both enjoy it?  Cheers, D.

American Gangster. Netflix, 2 hours 30 mins. Can't believe I've never seen it before! Based on a true story of how a black dude (Denzil Washington) imports drugs from Asia during the Vietnam

Anatomy Of A Scandal.

Flix. 6 x 45.

Begrudgingly have to admit I really rather enjoyed it!

Good and twisty. They managed to hammer in a cast like a zebra fukking crossing, of course. Dripping with misandry. Manage to block that out though and it was a good little story, by the standards of what we've become accustomed to having forced upon us these days.

El Marginal.

Flix. 5 seasons of avg. 8x50. Fukking Well Worth Watching!!! :good:

A main character in the Wrath Of had a leading role in this one too. Watching Wrath reminded me of this.

I've never mentioned El Marginal, simply because I've been watching it for fukking Years now! I mean, come on, Five Seasons??? How long must That have taken to unfold?!

But, yeah. Finished it now And it was Fukking Great!

The Man From Toronto.

Flix. Hour fifty.

Not about Mackem, actually. Woody Haralson in a 12 cert.

I gave it the fifty. But, it just wasn't for me. More like a kids cartoon with real people in it.

Nothing inherently wrong with it. Just not my cup of tea.
