what was the last film you watched

Recommended Posts

" Wild Bill ".

Flix. Hour and forty.

'Social Issues'? 'Bonding'? 'Feel Good'?? Dunno what they'd call it.

Actually a far from bad little film. The antithesis of 'Hollywood'. Actually had some story and movement to it.

I was pleasantly surprised.

" The Shooter ".

Flix. Hour and half. Subtitles.

'The Dane of the Jackal'! :D There! Remember who coined that one!

Not a bad film, actually. Featuring a dead ringer for a, in her 'Prime Suspect', Helen Mirren  doesn't exactly detract from the viewing experience either :)

" Deadly Illusions ".

Flix. Hour and a quarter.

I couldn't last the first hour. Crap.

75% of the dialogue seemed deliberately made up of; " Mm. " "Hmm? ". " Oh? ". " Wow! ". It's like they were on a mission to fill as much time with grunts and groans as possible.

I just gave up. Wouldn't bother.

" Come And See "

Not watched it lately. But, it's on my shelf and has seen some service. Now, I just spotted it's on the chube. In full!

I've checked it. It's genuine. Sub titles. Fukking Hell of a film! WW2 from a Russian partizans perspective. Dishonourable cameo by the Oskar Dirlewanger Einsatzgruppen bunch.

Watch a boy of fifteen age to sixty in under two hours. Hell of a film.

Redcon 1.

British zombie film could have been good but too many action scenes instead of developing the decent characters and story line.

The zombies could run and didn't need a head shot to kill them so 2 faux pas there lol 6/10

Cheers, D.
