I downloaded it but it didn't have subtitles...I pretended for a short while that it wouldn't matter...but it did ?

If you could let us know if it's good I'll try to find another version

No problem.

Most films I watch were made at least 20+ years ago.

I love the film Jaws, not because of the shark stuff or even the story but it's that they used normal people as the background actors (or what ever you call them). There's a couple of scenes that I love, one strangely enough is just the bit where the tourists are all disembarking from the ferry...normal looking people not Hollywood types. The other one is the bit where they'd put a bounty on the shark and loads of fishermen we all going out in their boats to catch it causing total chaos and one guy dropping dynamite in the water.

I suppose the scenes seemed authentic or realistic compared to films and TV today where everyone is a perfect model.

It's hard to explain but the older stuff was just so much better

Well; That was Completely different from the first season. But, still bloody good.

Certainly not something you'd want to watch with the kids. There's some pretty gnarly incidents, usually involving long, pointy stuff.

Reminded me of " The Fallen ", with my man, Denzel Washington. That's a great film too! ;)

Yeah. First season. Extremely loosely 'based' on the two ships that got stuck in the ice.

Second season's about Japanese Americans during WW2 and a rather convoluted and turning story of a demon. Both well worth a watch though.

I watched most of the first series but Amazon is charging for them now so they can fukc off ......
