They changed it now I think. My mate mixes that with used engine oil 50/50 and said it's great.he's got a 20yr old fence that hasn't rotted 1 bit using that mix. Get the used tractor oil from the yard and mate and mix that with your creosote..best thing is the used oil is free.and probably better for wood than anything you can buy.
