Yes but getting to them first means you have to kick f**k out of little old ladies that have been standing there since about 4 o clock ?......risk/reward ?

Me and the wife were shopping in Tesco 1 night about 7pm.

A Tesco woman was stood with a green trolley full of grub.

And putting reduced stickers on the items before placing them on a shelf.

Standing next to her.was a middle aged couple and a woman who looked like a school headmistress 60yrs + complete with full tweed clothing and a stern look about her.

The Tesco lady put an item on the shelf and the tweed woman snatched it so fast that the couple and Tesco woman were a bit shocked and didn't know where to look.

Her expression was blank she done it to a few items.and didn't speak a word.

I've never seen someone do that before.

She snatched that food with the speed of Floyd maywether.

It was if she was starving or something

But looking at her she could obviously afford a bit of grub.

Strange feckers shuffling up them isles lol.

Bacon ribs, or spare ribs as they are known in this city.

Boiled, with red cabbage and buttered bread, food of the gods indeed.

What used to be a cheap Saturday tea is now feckin expensive for a couple of decent sheets. Back in the day me Mam had a huge pan full of the feckers on all day.

Ribs on a Saturday, pea wack and lentil soups Sunday evening after yer roast, Monday & maybe Tursday if there was any left..!
