Don't be afraid to try slightly different movements of the rod tip to make the lure (assuming you are using a lure) more attractive. Good fun although I prefer to use an Ultra Light lure rod and small lures fished with tiny twiches to the tip which you could also do with the drop shot rod. Enjoy. Phil Quote Link to post
