So a drug user high on drugs specifically Crystal Meth goes around causing havoc and assaulting not only Police but other people who are there to help him,three of them being women,but he's being held under the mental health act ?

All he has to prove is that he is “incapable” of under standing certain words used and their implications in the caution process and he’s away Scot free  . 

He will never face criminal proceedings, rather some vague semi effective social order  . 

amazing what can be delivered if you know how to work the system to your advantage

I done security in a hospital bell often got called down stairs when they kick of in the secure unit lol once they get hold of them in that system its very hard to get out of it. If they put diane abbots son in secure unit like that and he kicks of like he did  they give him something he be like a dribbly baby for months until some psyche doc decides its ok to ease him of lol could months before he realise where he is.
