Exactly the same thing being pushed through here. Soon to be over 65 and no icu bed sadly. That’s the real cost of the spread of the virus that people don’t think about.

No hiding from this I reckon, you either wanna be the first few that get it or the last few imho. As that’s only way to improve chances of respirator  if one is needed an the first few cases ship seems to have sailed so batten down the hatches mate an wait it out?

We may be ok on the respirator front if big industry here can churn them out fast enough. Dyson has developed one - production ready, just needs passing by those that pass these things safe for human use.

That would be a bit of a game changer

Does make me laugh a bit that we’ve grown adults moaning that they can’t handle lock down, because they are bored ? havnt seen their mates etc ?

Get a grip ffs, it’s been a week. They sound like a bunch of spoilt kids, which I suppose they are really.

If you can’t do a month without seeing your mates, going down pub or gym and you get so so bored etc, then maybe it’s a good lesson for you in toughening the f**k up.

Some of us have to work seven days a week still, and don’t see anyone or go anywhere, so the whole sitting on your sofa watching tv or in the garden with a beer, doesn’t sound like such a hardship!

walk in the park for me mate i spent   weeks   at a time on a war ships and merchant vessels.    so this so called lock down is a piece of cake for me
