I hear from my pal in BC that Trudeau is widely regarded as a f***ing prick

He is a complete idiot

the liberals lost all their seats in sask and alberta

they have over the past 4 yrs alienated the prairie provinces. This proposed ban alienates all provinces manitoba, sask, alberta and BC.

kids are encouraged from 11yrs old to handle firearms and go hunting.

its makes no sense.

even the chiefs of police are now talking saying the ban wont accomplish anything

It's toatly nuts, especially with the amount of revenue hunting brings into the country. Gun crime will still be be there, with more illegal guns on the streets. As for the doctors  they got good

I personally think that every bloke should be issued with an AR15 at birth !

Interesting isn't it how these governments work.  If they [the govt's] want to see how tightening gun legislation works look no farther than another commonwealth country.  Ie here!!!

We have some of the most restrictive gun legislation in the world.  Gun control has stopped absolutely nothing, the country is swamped with illegal firearms with the crims openly admitting to what they on prime time Tv to good old liberal Grant Mitchell.  Laws stop nothing cos the crims ignore them simples......

Personally I don't think they should be banned. Tighten up the buy laws maybe.

How will, or will this affect you Ted.

I am quoting this because

1. assault weapons are already banned by law in this country

2. there is NO legal definition to what a military style firearm is

will this include lee enfields???

or any rifle from WW1 or 2

dumb ass liberals

Complete waste of time banning any gun tbh, yes tighten up on permits by all means for owning said guns. However as the UK hand gun ban proved, all it did was remove the legally held guns from licenced owners. As our history has shown, there are more hand gun crimes in UK than ever before proving the UK ban was a complete waste of time . jmo

this report shows the amount of registered pistols and rifles.

these are RESTRICTED firearms, you can ONLY use these at a range.

only non restricted firearms are used for hunting and the horse cops have NO registry of these

https://ipolitics.ca/2020/01/23/delayed-2018-firearm-report-shows-climb-in-handguns-semi-automatics/

the more restricted firearms there is the more it will cost the liberals to buy them back.

but if you notice the federal government does want to ban pistols they want to put the onus on the city/town and village councils ( no law is in place for this

as firearm laws are federally regulated not locally)

yes i know it doesnt make sense

Hope it works out for ye  over there Ted.

I can't understand how these soft, good for nothing politicians get into power, especially when they seem to have no ifea of their country's history or heritage.  It was hunting and trapping that was  foundation and the backbone of Canada for many many years, along with timber, before the oil came into play.
