Nice dog Adam feels strange as I’ve marked quite a few in the rocks but no terrier to run them... never not had a rock dog before but next year be ok hopefully lol

We’ve cold marked a few even on warm dry days. Then we’ve been out in shit horrible weather and everything’s been on top. Everything seems to have gone backwards this year

Found a couple today

Hole goes in on rock face. Pointers marking an old dig with loose bits off rock thrown back in. That’s where terrier got to it first

Ye we bolted 1 today. It runs along a face probably 100 yard long. With about 10 holes going into it. There’s some old stone kists built in front of some of the holes that a keeper did over 100 year ago. They’re not useable anymore. The pile off stone you can see is from when a keeper walled it all up when there was something else using it. Only ever been 1 terrier lost in it that I’ve been told about and that was a long time ago and not with a fox.

They only seem seem extreme because people aren’t used to working them, There just as dangerous as any other type of earth in my opinion, Iv had that sinking feeling in my stomach more when I put the box on and it’s  12/13 foot in green sand, but to other lads that’s there bread and butter, two lads on here will be remember a 21 footer in soft sand, that scared the shit out of me lol. 
it’s just what your used to I guess.
