There's propertys around me valued at £450k but the rent it £1250 per month.

So 2 of them houses would only bring in £2.5 k per month..

So 3% a year

Yeah but you would also gain in value of property Atb

Funnily enough, I've just had that conversation with the eldest. She wants me to fork out 26 grand over the next 2 years, for her education.. I told her straight, if I do it's an investment and bitch better not put me in a home ? Seriously it is an investment and I would live under a bridge if I thought it would raise her up a rung ;)

My daughter now earns around 60k and rising after a simular sum was spent on her education mate seems a lot at the start but it’s a good investment in the long run, and for an uneducated council estate kid that’s earned his money either the hard way or the wrong way I can feel proud as feck on a daily basis ✌️✌️✌️

I heard industrial buildings were a steady investment. Meh, what do I know.

If it was mine I'd put every penny into land.

Good return, and tied in for minimum 5 year lease... I rent a couple of houses and it's a pain in the ass at times, next investments will be industrial....considering we build the fuckers seems stupid not too...lol
