Billy Connolly has to be one of the funniest blokes ever......just a very funny view of the world and things.

Someone has to have a likeable way about them for me to find them funny i cant stand cheap vulgar crap like that Chubby Brown used to put out theres only so many times you can find f**k,shit and c**t funny....in todays times that Kevin Bridges is good but i love the observational humour of Micky Flanagan or Billy Connolly....from years back i used to like people like Dave Allen or Jasper Carrot but for pure joke telling Mike Reid and Jimmy Jones took some beating from these parts.

Bernard Manning for me, he didnt give 2 f*cks and like all good comedians very quick witted. When you watch old clips of Manning on youtube you soon realise how many of his jokes are used by todays comedians. He destroyed Frank Carson on A Question of Sport in late 80s.

I’ve seen Jimmy Carr, Al Murray, Romesh, Jack Whitehall, Sean Carr, Jason Manford, Micky Flanagan and Kevin Bridges live and they were all very good. Jack Whitehall surprised me a bit as he was a lot funnier than on the tv (went for the mrs really and ended up loving it) was piling into vegans and woke culture etc was class. Probably say Micky Flanagan was my favourite though, used to like Frankie Boyle till he turned into a lefty liberal preachy c**t!!!

Always enjoyed Dave Allen.
