Mines to talk to some homeless people. I'm guilty of labeling the them all druggies and scroungers. I'm going to buy a bunch of vouchers for Greg's each month, they do them for £5, enough for a brew a

Having my mum out here is a horrible reminder of how shit & pointless smoking is. Everything revolves around having a fag! We have to go & buy loads of tobacco because it’s much cheaper out he

Since we stopped going out , me and the wife get dressed into summat smart a piece then sit up and watch the bells together in the house. Just the pair of us .  A wee tradition we have and one I

Well let’s see how it goes, all the best to you an your wife with it. I jist know if I make a decision ya do summat, I usually have to do it there an then sort of thing, just what works best for me?

Feck me I can't believe it.

You have actually said a nice sentence to me lol.

But on a serious note yea.

I agree with you any other decision I also make straight away.

Like fecking off idiots or even family members.

I've smoked for 32yrs so it's a pathetic long time Katchum.

So a good few weeks to get the head in gear for it i think is a good thing.

Something positive to focus on

Right end of the rant..?

anyway..... how many you smoke a day king?? And what brand ?

Old Holborn mate and maybe 25+

As I've got older I'm quite sure the taste buds have gone weak.

Hence the stronger tobacco.

That cutters choice.or golden Virginia tastes of fresh air.

What ye got planned to help? Get a gym membership

Keep walking an extra hour with rex.

Spring will soon be around the corner.

I've got a decent size garden here.

I've done the front garden and the drive last year.and maybe 1/3rd the back garden.

Patio and lawn etc.

So a big veg patch to do and get around to slabbing a big area for the new ferret court.

Got 4 big hobs and 3 jills.

Rex and 2 terriers.

So plenty to go at here.

I can't be doing with a gym Katchum

It's just not me.

Must have lungs like an man mate☹️

Lungs like a fecking idiot more like...

I am a little obsessed with getting the dogs as fit as I can with diet and exercise etc allways have been the same with the dogs.

I've seen lads carrying there dogs off the fields and pumping Lucozade into them when they Been lamping with me.

And rex is good to go.

A dog obsession is a good obsession in my eyes.

I would rather spend money on good meat than a pint in a pub.

Shame I didn't have that much urge to get myself as fit as the dogs really.

A pocket full of sweats can help mate.

Those army and navy sweets last a fair while..

Yes mate.

Me and the wife packing in the fags.

Happy New year to you and the family..

Go for it buddy, i wish you all the best. My Mrs. was a smoker and half heartedly tried a few times, then she went into hospital and was determined to pack up. I said " not while you have a hole up your arse! " Well, its been 19 years so perhaps i should be bending her over for an inspection ?

No real resolutions for me just a determination to get over an old injury and return to the highest level of strength & condition as possible........and with a couple of new found little 4 legged pals see as much of the British countryside as possible.

Beyond that i,ll play it by ear.

All the best and have a Happy New Year everyone

Good luck with all your resolutions.

Havent got one especially, but I do plan to keep my fitness progress up & maybe get feet on tarmac soon, rather than just on a treadmill. kicked nearly all my bad habits one by one over the years, but dont think I can kick the last, women...
