green dragon 694
Alright lads ,iv just got home from a quick shine. Not going into detail but the dog has had nasty puncture wound on the inside of his mouth where the gum and lip meet and I was just wondering the best way to clean it Quote Link to post
ijf 109
Sea salt, vinegar and a warm water. If the dog will let u spray it with a syringe or sports bottle. If not get a sponge, soak in the mixture, place it in its mouth and hold for a while. That will clean it. If if it’s very bad repeat a few times over the next few days. 2 Quote Link to post

sandymere 8,261
Have you an empty syringe to flush it? Or a sports top bottle to squirt and flush? Quote Link to post

jcm 2,326
Wash it out with warm salty water had this a few times. Make sure you clean it after meals aswell as been said, could cause infection if it's not clean Quote Link to post
Black neck 15,162
Helps if you can feed lumps of meat or tripe so the dog just knocks it back soaked biscuit and things like that can find the way in places 4 Quote Link to post
