One last picture as I’m still ever so slightly excited, this was the moment of realising a dream I’ve had for most of my life am also able to give my daughter and grandkids a stable family home in the

Guess what I,ve just bought ????? couple of pics from inside, all the China wear came with it, I have added nothing or removed nothing ?

This is what it actually is, it’s called a Leeds and Liverpool short boat originally used to transport goods, but instead of a cargo hold its got accommodation, this one was made for somebody in 1995

Have you give the boat a name mate ?

It already has a name it’s behind the black bit underneath were I,m standing just covered it for now,? it’s meant to be bad luck to change a boat name while it’s in the water apparently, one of those old folklore type things, you have to do it on dry land smash a bottle on it and spin round on one leg type of thing, but fortuneatly the name is quite apt for it and once the cooling off period is over and I officially have the keys I,ll,give you the story behind it and it’s history, we have now put the coin into the broker and my offer has been accepted, but everyone has a week or so for the owners to remove there personal goods and either party can pull out but it will now cost you to do, it’s a strange process but just ensures transparency and gives everyone a bit of protection, otherwise you could end up buying a boat that does not belong to the seller which does happen especially on quick cheap cash buys ?

I was thinking it was a clever bit of Cockney rhyming slang i’d never heard before and it was annoying me what it could mean.so I googled what does Toby mean and got some shit about beer, googled what does “on the Toby” mean.

it said “on the road” to be honest I was expecting more from you.
