But there is a big difference between a true hernia, where the abdominal wall hasn't closed properly after birth, and the small fatty bobble you sometimes see on the umbilical site, which is where a tiny bit of fat/tissue (not the guts) has become trapped when the hole closed up. If you're not sure, get her checked by a vet. 2 Quote Link to post
