I'm with that . On a track or real short stone terrain they can give an account for themselfs

I don't rely think it maters,  all game can be caught easily on some ground and be imposable on different ground, just to me up there they were easy so I only caught 1 or2 and then just walked my dogs the rest of the day, be good for pups, but not for proper dogs, jmho.

Seen alot people doing that as well but the reason was the ground was thst rough and didnt want injuries

It’s the same with all hares not just whites, the grounds the telling part, when the seeds/ploughs are bottomless wet even average hares take some stopping

Cant judge dogs in April to be fair . Think it kept getting put back because of the weather . But what can you do when it was banned a short time after
