When a was a lad it snowed it November/ December a white Christmas.  Now the last  few years it's been February. Match

Mild and wet probably don’t get decent seasons now ,not like the 70-80s hot summers and  cold winters with decent snow .

Funny how everyone wants snow but when it happens they stay in trying to keep,warm, last year I walked for miles, was told by about a dozen people how dangerous, foolish or selfish I was and saw one lovely old couple out enjoying the weather and views, after 24hrs all you hear is how much it’s cost the country and everyone saying well that was nice but wish it would stop now

Oh I hope so, would really love a good period of prolonged snow around a month would be great
