S410 carbine barrel

Recommended Posts

Hey guys am pretty new to the gun scene I bought a s410 carbine about a year ago it’s been well looked after and I myself believe I also look after it right although I had it out the other night in slight rain forgot to clean it off straight away put it in the bag about 4/5 hours after putting it away decided to clean it off and noticed the barrel had gathered a lot of rust some of it is a lot worse like small lumps once cleaned off it looks ok but I would still like to get it sorted thanks guys

Ether keep it the way it is with the rust rubbed off but keep it well oiled

or get it re,blued .

Ether do it your self or get some one else to do it for you

if you do it your self just take your time doing it but the prep is where you need to take notice

all the old blueing needs to be removed first ,

and the barrel taken back to a high shine and when you apply the blueing dont mess about it has to be done quickly

very quickly

That’s AA barrel for you on pcp , maybe on spring guns as well ,every one I have seen , have the same problem

The only two good ones they make are the pro sport and the tx Mitch

the blueing on them are second to none a very deep blue

I beginning to think the crown is better than the impact

Had the best shot the other night 126 yards .22 head shot and last night to at 92 yard both head shots

this .22 is matching my.25 impact
