Did he leave because of the Mole men ?

I don't think that he  comes on that often now but many have left because the Site has changed a lot over the last 8 years members seem younger and less informed the Lurcher, Ferreting Trapping sections are very much over shadowed by the General talk Forum but saying that have these Forum sites had there day  ? and being overtaken by the more specialist FB sites  [ any one know any ]  and all once good things come to an end one day '

That’s a serious haul of rabbits ??. How big an area and how many snares was that?

60 wires and roughly half mile fence line at the side of a wood coming out in to pasture. The conditions weren’t ideal for snaring warm calm nights.

Brill. Wish there was rabbits in those numbers down my way. How many times a year can you snare like that before theyre massively reduced

The rabbit population in this area is really high including all the surrounding farms so you don’t really reduce them for long, other rabbits soon move in and the numbers are back up again.
