Put Netflix on last night and was looking for a film to watch. Bingo a film about two guys that go deer hunting in Scotland......what’s not to like !!!!! Spoiler alert !!!!! If you haven’t seen it and want to don’t read any further. Why when making a film about hunting would you not get some accurate technical advice? Shooting a red with a .22 ? Digging a . 270 round out of a tree that’s been through a man and it’s not got a dent in it ? Apart from that it’s a watchable bit of nonsense and I begrudgingly quite enjoyed it , once you forget about the inaccuracies and take it as a bit of entertainment then it’s Ok .

Can't watch films me, they wind me up.

They usually are too violent.

Include homosexuals.

Would rather watch kids films and they have enough  of a hidden agenda!

I like to watch a film , but most of the subject matter doesn’t interest me . So when I saw this I kind of knew what I was letting myself in for , but I watched it anyway . It must be the same for anyone who watches a film or drama about something they have a bit of knowledge about . A bit like a surgeon watching a hospital drama I suppose. Is it just me or are films and dramas getting worse ? or am I getting old and miserable?

Yes Si , it’s on Netflix and is called Calibre . Like you I’ve watched YouTube to death . I like the Joe Rogan podcasts , especially with Joey Diaz , the stories he comes out with have me in stitches.

That joe rogan pod cast is quality, the Brian cox one was really interesting and the one with Steve-o from jackass was crazy the thing he did

Ive been watching loads of (we’ve got a problem ) on YouTube, he’s basically a cockney brexiteer who pulls the news and left to bits... well funny

As long as you realise the film makers know F@@k all about rifles and hunting, it’s not bad . Have you watched “The legacy of a whitetail deer hunter “ with Josh Brolin ? It’s on Netflix.

think theres only us on here who would pick up on the bullet not being fecked.. think I watched the last half through one eye as it was about 1.30

I do like watching brit films though!  ill have a go at your other recommendation tonight
