Hi  thinking of joining a local wildfowling club ,need to protect my gun from the salt water and mud has anyone tried ACF 50 ,if so what was it like ,cheers

Hi Sam , I was a keen wild Fowler for years . On the Severn estuary. My gun was exposed to saltwater and rain . There is no mystery or magic cure , just give your gun a good clean with any gun oil , I think I used WD40 a lot of the time . Don’t leave it in your slip , and it will be fine . Edited to say , don’t go taking grandads Holland and Holland either . 😂

Always dry your slip out too, no good cleaning gun, then putting it back in a damp slip next time it's out of cabinet.
