Been on a cheese steak mission last few months tried a few cuts but nothing for us cuts it like a bit of chuck n cheese  , seared then slow cooked for four hrs then back in the pan before hanging out in a toasted bun with the full extra loaded  bits  int gravey  6 hrs start to finish for serious flavour at £9 a kg bargain beef ?

I’m usually hanging out of me arse on a Sunday looking at your cooking exploits gl :)

all though it looks super tempting I’ve had the orders off me kids... no steak today dad we want... stew n dumplings for the boy and the lass wants salmon new spuds and salad?

The stew looks like broth cos the boy won’t let me put toms in!! Wtf

My kids and me grandkids will if they could give us a full dietary requirement in the shape of a  5 course tasting menu lol but they get wats cooking except the youngest and then we draw a line lol if not they know where the

door is  ?

Thers something about the flavour of the fat rendered down off the chuck cowboy steak either slow cooked with beer or wine it’s fkn lovely served with pickles radish n mustard it’s a good as it gets  ?????

Used to feed the dogs shin few yrs back although once the veg was added I’d have a bowl or 3 coming in from work lol
