Stavross 13,711 Posted May 3, 2019 Report Share Posted May 3, 2019 I’ve just had a read through it and it’s not a million miles away from what I was expecting it to say, some of the most important words in it to me are “ is reasonably expected to occur in the absence of licensed action “ this reads to me as prevention, you know the problem is coming so why wait until it arrives Quote Link to post
