Ffs)... So....I'm sat here with a dead leg, back is a touch better yo be fair...I won't take anymore liquid morphine though, clouds my head, makes me feel sick and I have weird dreams lol...... 42 years old and feel.like a 70 year old lol I know it's not funny

Been in the 1st stage for about 4 months, just about going into the 2nd stage. Got my ultrasound session on the 18th of may. Been doing some home physio, range of motion stuff etc, accupressure etc, and it's working. But by f**k, it's a long, painful process I've had alot of prvate therapy over the years, but this one isn't really serious, albeit very painful, and will go away on it's own eventually. But you can speed things up a good bit by doing some home physio etc 38 minutes ago, socks said: Get yourself private mate you will be done and dusted under a week ...... It can be part of the fund raising events...I'm sure there will be a rush of bravado and challengers coming out!! Lol You can count me out though, waiting on an MRI now so deadlifting ain't happening with this back... I'm not sure really why the doubt.i honestly think i could do it or bloody close.i've never trained seriously but did a bit a couple of years ago and was proper deadlifting 170kg.recorded down because it was a competition between 9 of us and that was after about 4 or 5 other rounds and i never found it that bad. Newkid we could do it at the fishing comp but i'm ready now and any evening.
