Cow mats

I was thinking of putting cow mats under the dogs for the summer I normally use shavings In there bed. Would the be a bit rough and will they loose hair on there legs from lying on them or an I just over thinking things

That’s all I iuse mate, just take them out and power hose them down, I would put in a peoce of thick carpet and a blanket in with them during the winter

Most my dogs are grand but I’ve 2 dirty pups that keep going toilet in the bed and I can’t make it any smaller. I reckon the mat should do them fine a quick hose of and clean again

Can't bate the cow mat under them , easy clean a good brushing n hose down like new

Can’t beat them for in the kennels mate, all I use, easily taken out and washed down, and in the winter i keep them in but use a firewood bag filled with straw and sealed as a home made bed for them as everything else ends up in pieces
