Looks like a Red Spider Mite.

A mite is a small arachnid that has 8 legs. The mite in the picture is a 'Clover Mite', they eat grass, clover and other plants high in nitrogen. You see them congregate on walls and can become a pest

These are nothing. Check out the size of these!! ????

used to see a lot of red mites in mewses when people did not keep them clean if you went in on a night time with a torch there was lots on the trees or perches

No chickens yet,in fact he's not after moving in yet,it's a recently bought house
