Monentous occasion

I been passing a small holding in Suffolk for a fair while now looking at his rare breeds of pigs  that are free range unlike the eu subsidised pig farms ,,, these are happy English free range , and  thinking to meself I got to get some of that  ,any old rd I got  me a shoulder of Oxford sandy black  I guess you could say I been looking forward to eating this for over a yr lol and now it’s sizzling in the oven ??????? Last wk I had a few roasted bits of Norfolk large black pig chops  got to say the  best pork I’ve ever eaten ? so ther i aIn  am here sitting 2ft waiting for the pig to get out an rest omg it’s a great situation to be in with aspall cyder  gravey ? crackling looking v good she’s back in for a aspell lol

Can't beat a free range pork its just on in the same league as supper market shit that taste of feck all. GL that looks amazing done a nice job on it, when you get your hands on a good bit of meat its worth taking you time and effort to do it justice.

Thats a lump of rolled should shoulder tops out at 1740 mg for  £11  I see tha t as exceptional value for free range local reared pork , we should all make the effort to buy U.K. bred reared food fk the French and double fk the Germans and really fk v hard the eu
