green lurchers 16,369 Posted February 10, 2019 Report Share Posted February 10, 2019 (edited) I been passing a small holding in Suffolk for a fair while now looking at his rare breeds of pigs that are free range unlike the eu subsidised pig farms ,,, these are happy English free range , and thinking to meself I got to get some of that ,any old rd I got me a shoulder of Oxford sandy black I guess you could say I been looking forward to eating this for over a yr lol and now it’s sizzling in the oven Last wk I had a few roasted bits of Norfolk large black pig chops got to say the best pork I’ve ever eaten so ther i aIn am here sitting 2ft waiting for the pig to get out an rest omg it’s a great situation to be in with aspall cyder gravey crackling looking v good she’s back in for a aspell lol Edited February 10, 2019 by green lurchers 17 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
