jiggy 3,207 Posted February 6, 2019 Report Share Posted February 6, 2019 If a hunter dumped a body like that they would be prosecuted, humane or not and a video would be released by the same organisation about how heartless and cruel they were to dispose of it. For disease control that animal would be taken to an animal disposal yard for incineration if it was a competent professional handling it. Who dumps a carcass in an area where kids are playing.
