When I had my spaniels I had a shed with insolution in then ply over it, used to have to wake one of them up when it was pissing down as he would always sleep outside had a bed in there heat lamp when it got cold but he would still be outside nuts that dog

I prefer wood , just incase of a parvo or the likes outbreak means I can just burn them and start again..

heres my set up now didn’t cost me anything I got all the materials free from a skip

Actually removed that to let the mutt stretch out fully , kennel was made for a terrier but I’ve got a lurcher in it at the minute

I never built any stone kennels, but I did an extension on a house I built, and it turned into a bird box we got blue tits in a puggy hole, I have to point it up before spring i would go for block to.
