Deker 3,450
Who knows, why would you want to freeze with feathers on, mine are all prepared before freezing. Quote Link to post
Chopper22 10
More natural for the ferrets Quote Link to post

If they are for Ferrets what's the issue anyway, just freeze them and see! Quote Link to post
Chopper22 10
No no. Just think it makes it more natural for them. Plus if all butchered up woukd end up covered in wood chips Quote Link to post

My lads dog is a complete tart, runs the rabbits down but refuses to eat them until they are actually cooked, can't get enough them then, but turns his nose up otherwise, even if they are fully cleaned/prepared! The one 8,395
I only gut rabbits but when i fed them i open up the back passage and rib cage and often just get the thigh bones and a bit of fur out with pheasants i freeze them whole and just split them down the breast bone and just get the wings and legs out the ferret cages Quote Link to post

Furrosious ferreter 499
Mine get feathers left on... Its a bit of a hassle cleaning out, specially if its a windy day. The missus always moans bout feathers around the garden... The local sparrow hawk gets the blame. FF 2 Quote Link to post
