Well the old lady, a classic, 1986, mk2 HW77 went out again today.

I was after an annoying Magpie that likes to land on one of the sitty trees about 8am and 3pm screeching loudly, daily.

Brian, the nursery owner, challenged me to shoot him just yesterday

Here`s the easy blind in place, Kaiser will be behind it with me in full leaf suit.

Well they been making these things for decades and just like ordering a Chinese I call it #69 on account it cost £69 new!

It's very accurate after a tune and trigger job.

177.

Finally gave the FWB Sport 124 V-Mach tune a good test yesterday.

I pitted her up against my classic 77 which is finely zeroed to 38 yards.

You really need to concentrate on the building of the shot after the V-Mach installation and light rifle combination.

Once you master it the V-Mach kit is awesome. :good:

Hi mark, has the sport settled down now? I assume from the great grouping it has.

Lyn's got one of my 99's at the mo, he's fitting the v-mach glide kit, rang me this morning saying it's now got a spread of 4 fps over ten shots.

He has asked if you were unhappy with his work as he hadn't heard back from you since he sent it back. I said that from what I've read you were happy I thought.

Yes Jamie, very happy with Lyn`s work mate. :good:

She has chrono`d at 11.47 ft/lbs, 810 ft/sec with a 3ft spread over 5 shots and the above accuracy and still not run in at all yet. ( 60 shots only up until now )

Please pass my thanks and best wishes on mate.
