No mention of how the seriously injured are and the effect of the on going problemsof the neighbours ànd damaged builings. If theße three owned the building, who is now responsible for repair and renovaation of the buildings. ? No doubt that any insurance clàim or liability will be classed as void or invalid by a criminal act.
