A friend of mine was out with the terriers last year and they ended up having a wallaby in cover. Also I know of a fella who accidentally slipped on one out coursing. Maybe these were escapees but there are wild populations in the uk. Anyone seen one or gone after them? Couldn’t see them being much sport tho.

Knew a couple of brothers from Manchester who ran a few in the Peak district back in the 80s.

theres a few spots now round the country where they are living wild in the uk....and I know a few lads that' have taken them

they reckon  joe, them red kangaroos  test dogs, and kill few dogs , with there hind feet , grow to 7ft tall    yeh  the  wallabies  no test from what few lads have said for  a  lurcher .

there was a colony of them in the Peak District. thought to have established in 40s from releases from riber. widely seen in the years since. harsh winters & Road kill are thought to have wiped them out. last official sighting is around mid 90's so some claim otherwise.
