It was a converted life boat from and old cruise liner which we ( 4 of us) converted into a fishing  boat. It was a displacement hull with an inboard diesel engine  and very heavy so it was kept in Grimsby docks until the costs became too high. I dropped out then another until it was finally sold.

Sounds interesting, any pics ?

yes unfortunatly mooring costs have rocketed over the last 10 yrs or so, boats and horses, two things that seem to attract a premium price now.

To be honest I did loads of photos as we were doing the conversion but goodness knows what the hell I have did with them. I have a feeling I gave them to the guy who took over the boat when we all sold our shares. The trouble with aging is my memory fails at times...........................now what was I talking about. Put the kettle on.
