My version of a Puukko - The "Norse"

Recommended Posts

Hello,

yesterday I finished this new model, the "Norse" - my interpretation of a puukko.

82mm blade from damascus (1.2842 / C100 / 75Ni8) with a 200 layers, soldered ferrule from gun metal, stellar seacow handle and gun metal pommel.

On the pics you can see some grey spots, I tried to fill some holes in the bone with epoxi - I didn't match well the colour, today I repeated this and they're now black..

That looks a really useful every day knife , nothing fancy just a good all rounder .The quality speaks for itself..

Your usual stuff is nice but, too fancy for me.

......... This one is spot on - simple quality
