After looking at videos on YouTube I guess there's no right way to do it as I found that different people use different methods with the same results.

Bill Hays said find a comfortable anchor point see where your ammo ends up and raise or lower your catapult accordingly.

Another fella said your anchor point is determined for you, if you pull to your mouth and the ammo hits low your anchor point needs to be fixed lower to raise your ammo.

 

How did you find your anchor point....?

Yes .....I found I need mine quite high, started at my mouth, but this was causing the ammo to fly over the target, had to raise it to just below eye level/ cheek level.
