I can't see any oil underneath it so I reckon this is fake news.

When Massey ferguson reintroduce the 135 it will beat it for comfort ,speed , reliability and function.

My brother in law had a new discovery 7 I think it was. A bushing went underneath that cost 20 euro but 800 to fit it. We were travelling down road one day with an i for Williams trailer that had a wiring problem and the motor decided to sit down on suspension at 60 mile an hour and nearly killed us. 40 grand death trap is what it was

I have a Freelander 2 which I bought off my fathers friend, it’s been a reliable motor from new.

Pas for the Jimney, good off road but very little room inside and horrible on the road.

Done 125,000 miles, mostly around town.

I can say mine's never left me stranded (other than one snow drift :icon_redface:) but in the time I've had it it's needed a new rear diff and clutch amongst a few other minor things. I wish it had a low range box otherwise I can't say it's a bad motor.

If the new Defender is an improved, more utilitarian, version of that I'd be interested. Unfortunately I'm reading stuff about air suspension and hybrid engines, lol.
