This is the lesser known expanding foam fungi, sometimes discovered on the fringes of suburbia

Look like Young Parasols Mate. Please check the ID vid.

A great tasting, easy to identify mushroom that is large enough to spot from afar.

Not sure if anybody is interested.

Had nice haul of Ceps today and a few Bay Boletes.

Two Ceps and a Bay Bolete. Both good to eat, mind maggots love the Bay.

Quite similar but see what happens if you touch the underside of the Bay.

I honestly don't know I found some that looked the same yesterday and meant to look them up as I first thought it was a bolete till I turned it over. I don't take many brown mushrooms with gills. There are so many you can't learn them all better to stick to ones you know and their look alike's. Interesting though good clear photos mate and all sides top and bottom.

Stavross.

Just had another look at the Cap could be a Panther Cap or a Blusher. Now I don't collect the Blusher (edible) which bruises red. Because the Panther Cap is similar is poisonous and can be deadly. If it is one of these the cap is not well marked usually the spots are more well marked. Think it is one of the "Amanita" family as it brown on top has faint spots, white gills and has a skirt.

Don't think it was what I found yesterday.
